Altenburg Patent was founded by Bert Altenburg, a registered patent attorney since 1994.

It's our objective to be the leading Dutch patent agency with respect to the quality of patent-related services. To achieve this, we've implemented specific quality control checks and productivity enhancement measures which ensure both the integrity and the efficiency of our services. So your patent related orders for the Netherlands can now be processed more reliably and significantly less expensively than before.

Services available to companies and patent agencies outside the Netherlands include:

  • filing of European and Dutch patent applications;
  • translation, validation and registration of European patents in the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • registration of change of ownership.
